Let me let you in on a little secret that's been circulating around Syvania like crazy, Thai Chili (commonly refered to as "Sylvania's caviar", among other nicknames) is AMAZING! Guess where you can find it, BUMBLE! It's the chameleon of sauces, try putting a little (this stuff goes far!) on a block of cream cheese and serve with crackers (with some wine ;)). Its also fantastic to cook with, try using it on shrimp stir fry, chicken wings, and pork tenderloins. Really, the possibilities are endless! So come on over and "thai" it :)
